Driving Directions from Austin-Bergstrom Airport Take a left onto Highway 71 west (Ben White Boulevard). Continue driving west on 71 and veer right onto E. Riverside Drive. Turn right onto Congress Avenue heading north toward the capitol, and continue driving until you get to 4th Street. You will see the Frost Bank Tower at the corner of 4th and Congress. Take a right onto 4th Street. You may enter the parking garage either on 4th Street or on Brazos Street just east of the building.
